'LES News
Congratulations to Hannah Knotts, a 6th grader in Mrs. Fowler's class, for winning the LES Spelling Bee. Hannah went on to compete in the Anson County Schools' Spelling Bee on January 12 and won third place. Great Work Hannah!
'Welcome'
Congratulations to Mrs. Holly Knotts for being chosen Lilesville Elementary School's teacher of the year.
Congratulations to Ms. Pam Tillman for being chosen Lilesville Elementary School's assistant teacher of the year.
Please be advised that our school system has moved to a nine-weeks grading period instead of the prior six-weeks grading period. These 4 nine-week periods are on the school calendar.

Note From The Principal
Thank you for visiting the Lilesville Elementary web site. Our school doors are open at 7:15 each day and students are expected to be in class no later than 8:00 in order not to be counted tardy. Car riders are dismissed at 2:55 and bus riders at 3:00. Please help us give all students as much instructional time as possible. Please limit the time you check out students to emergencies and doctor/dentist appointments. Remember, when a student comes to class late or is checked out early, all students in that class have their instructional time interrupted. All our school staff look forward to serving the Lilesville community in the upcoming year.
